Woman in Raw

Autobiographical, figurative
My “Woman in Raw” series reflects my story from 2008 to present of becoming a mom, balancing motherhood and sanity, my love for my daughter and family, life’s struggles, moving, etc. All works are done in multiple layers, with many on large, unstretched canvas, mimicking the layers and rawness of life. These pieces are hung like tapestries from copper pipes and clips.
