It was so great to hear from fellow artists, friends, art supporters, colleagues, parents, and others about how this series speaks to them. We must have had over 60 people show last night during the hour and a half opening reception- it was hard to keep track while also keeping track of my daughter. For those who signed up for my email list last night, they were automatically entered into a free drawing for one of my prints. Annie Nelson came up the winner. Yahoo!

For those who could not attend, my exhibit will be on display through end of April 2010 at Dragonfly Cuisine. Or you can watch a YouTube slideshow of this exhibit, that features the many layers of each painting.
